Bone Grafting

A bone graft is a surgical procedure which adds bone to your jaw in areas where it has been lost or is insufficient. It is necessary for preparation of dental implants to ensure the bone is strong enough to hold the implant in place. We use allograft materials which are from a cadaver which has been highly sterilized.

3D Implant Planning

Cone Beam Computed Tomography, or CBCT, is a 3D dental imaging program which we use along with digital scanning to plan and place your implant in the most ideal position. Once the digital scan is complete, the scan is used to custom design and fabricate a surgical guide for proper implant placement. Our doctors only perform guided implant surgery in order to have the most accurate placement of your implant. This provides the most optimal outcome for long term success of your dental implant.

Implant Maintenance

Once your dental implant restoration is completed, it is important to keep the area clean and free of infection. Dental implants can accumulate plaque and tartar just as teeth can. Whether you have just one tooth replaced by an implant or several, professional dental cleanings will be necessary to keep your implants healthy. The time interval for these professional cleanings will be determined by your individual needs.
